Building Confidence and Communication: GD Session for Final Year Students

The Training and Placement Cell organized a Group Discussion Skill-Building Session for final-year students to enhance their placement readiness. The session began with an introductory talk by Mr. Varun K, who emphasized the role of group discussions in the selection process. Students actively participated in structured GD activities on diverse topics, while MBA students served as observers and mentors, offering valuable real-time feedback. Faculty members guided students on effective participation strategies, body language, time management, and critical thinking. Feedback indicated that students found the session highly useful, reporting improved confidence, communication, and teamwork. The program outcomes included practical exposure to GDs, enhanced analytical and presentation skills, and strengthened collaboration key attributes for workplace success.
