Technical Quiz for First Year Students

The Basic Science department of SMVITM under ages of ISTE Student Chapter had conducted a Technical Quiz on 24th April 2018 for the 16 registered first year students of SMVITM. The event was organized in two levels. on 21 April 2018, Saturday at 12:00 PM in LH 101 the preliminary round was conducted. The students were asked to form a team of two and out of sixteen students eight teams were formed. A set of question were give and the students were asked to answer it in 20 minutes time. Out of the participated eight teams four teams were shortlisted for the second round. Second round of the quiz was organized on 24 April 2018. The finals had five rounds and students participated enthusiastically and two teams were awarded with the winners and runners prize. Ms. Dhanyashree from department of Mathematics coordinated the event along with the help of first year ISTE student volunteers.
