Technical talk on Basics of Valuation Properties

The ISTE Student Chapter of SMVITM organized technical lecture as part of academics in the institute premises on 26 March 2014. The resource person w as Dr R K Yaji, who demonstrated regarding procedure to valuate property.

He also explained regarding permission in the respective government sector based on land, real estate appraisal, appraisal based on location and touched many more sectors in the field of valuation of properties. Total number of student participated is 7. The program ended with formal thanks giving ceremony by Deepika B V, Assistant professor of civil engineering department.
