Guest talk on “Customer Relationship Management – CRM Software”

ISTE Student Chapter in association with Computer Science & Engineering department of SMVITM organized a guest talk titled “Customer Relationship Management – CRM Software” at the institute on 16th April 2016 for the students of third year Computer Science & Engineering to make them aware of the opportunities they have in their future with CRM. The guest speaker was Ms. Ankitha Vinayak, Marketing Strategic Accounts Head(South India) with S3V Vascular Technologies, Mysuru. Number of students participated in this event was 60. The speaker stressed about the importance of Customer-relationship management (CRM) and also how to manage a company’s interaction with current and potential customers. She stressed about how data Analysis will be done to improve growth of the company and also the important aspect of the CRM approach. The students were participated very enthusiastically. The event was well coordinated by ISTE volunteers.
