Guest Talks on “Entrepreneurship as a Career” and “Tesla & Elon Musk Case Study” | 12 November 2025

The Department of Business Administration organized two insightful guest sessions on 12 November 2025, focusing on entrepreneurship and emerging technologies. The first session on “Entrepreneurship as a Career” was delivered by Dr. Shivaraj B. Hublikar, who emphasized how innovation and technology are transforming job seekers into job creators. He highlighted the need for an entrepreneurial mindset and shared inspiring startup success stories such as OYO Rooms and Ola, while also outlining the challenges and support systems available through incubation centres, mentorship and government initiatives. The second session, “Hi-Tech Case Study on Tesla and its CEO, Mr. Elon Musk”, was delivered by Mr. Chandrashekar Rao Kuthyar, who provided valuable insights into Tesla’s advanced engineering and sustainable innovations. Students learned about AI-driven self-driving technology, radar systems, Full Self-Driving (FSD), automated processes, satellite navigation, battery solutions and the global Supercharger network. Both sessions were highly informative and motivating, encouraging students to explore entrepreneurship, innovation, and industry-driven learning.
