Inauguration of VISTA Club (VLSI Innovation in Systems, Technology and Automation) | 19 November 2025

The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering inaugurated the VISTA Club (VLSI Innovation in Systems, Technology and Automation) on 19 November 2025, in collaboration with Anmaya Technology. The programme was graced by Dr. Nagaraj Bhat, In-charge Principal, Dr. Sachin S. Bhat, Dean (R&D), Mr. Arun Upadhyaya, HoD – ECE, and the Chief Guest Mr. N. J. Hariprasad. The inauguration began with the symbolic lighting of the LED display board showcasing “VISTA CLUB.” Addressing the gathering, Mr. Arun Upadhyaya outlined the vision of the club to enhance student competencies in VLSI, embedded systems, and automation, while Mr. Hariprasad highlighted current industry trends and announced internship opportunities for eight students, who will also mentor their peers. The Principal and Dean appreciated the department’s initiative and encouraged students to actively participate in the club’s activities. The event concluded with a vote of thanks, marking the launch of the VISTA Club as a significant step towards promoting innovation and strengthening industry collaboration within the ECE Department.
