Aarambh 2k25 – Inauguration of MBA Orientation Program

The Department of Business Administration inaugurated its MBA Orientation Program, “Aarambh 2025”, with a warm and inspiring ceremony. The event commenced with a welcome address by Dr. Suraj Francis Noronha, who introduced the esteemed dignitaries — Mr. Radha Krishna S. Aithal, CEO of Sode Group of Institutions and Chief Guest of the event; Dr. Nagraj Bhat, Principal, SMVITM; Dr. Sachin Bhat, Dean of Research; and Dr. Sudharshan, Dean of IQAC.

The ceremony began with a floral welcome to the dignitaries, followed by the lighting of the lamp and a soulful prayer, symbolizing the start of a new academic journey. In his address, Dr. Nagraj Bhat encouraged students to engage in interdisciplinary learning, collaborate with peers, and actively participate in the academic and co-curricular life of the institution.

Addressing the gathering, Chief Guest Mr. Radhakrishna S. Aithal shared insightful reflections on education and personal growth, quoting Albert Einstein: “Education is what remains after one has forgotten what one has learned in school.” He emphasized that the true identity of an institution lies in the collective achievements of its students, faculty, and management.

The program concluded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by Ms. Aurin Madtha, expressing heartfelt appreciation to all dignitaries, faculty members, and students for making the inauguration of Aarambh 2025 a memorable and inspiring beginning.
