Employability Skills Session for Final Year E&C Students

The Training and Placement Cell organized a session on Employability Skills for the final year Electronics & Communication students on 30th September 2025. Mr. Shrivatsa A V, Founder of Hebbar Consultancy Services and former DGM (HR) at Amada (India) Pvt. Ltd., was the resource person. In his talk, Mr. Shrivatsa emphasized the importance of interview preparation, resume building tailored to company requirements, and presenting oneself effectively in English during interviews. He advised students to make the most of campus placement opportunities and not to miss any drives, as it becomes increasingly difficult to secure employment after graduation. His session was highly insightful and eye-opening for the students, motivating them to prepare earnestly for upcoming recruitment drives. The session began with a welcome address by Mr. Roshan S Kotian, Training and Placement Officer, and concluded with a formal vote of thanks to the resource person.
