The Management Club of the Department of Business Administration at SMVITM is a dynamic and collaborative platform dedicated to fostering the all-round development of future business leaders. It empowers students through academic, professional, cultural, and social engagements that bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world application. Through its various initiatives, the club instills a spirit of innovation, excellence, and continuous learning, preparing students to thrive in the global business environment.
The Department of Business Administration, in association with the Department of Physical Education, organized the MBA Interclass Chess Tournament on 18th July 2025 at the MBA Block, SMVITM, as part of International Chess Day celebrations. The event saw enthusiastic participation, promoting strategic thinking and camaraderie. Darshan (I MBA) emerged as the Winner, while Manish Mayur K (I MBA) secured the Runner-up position. Coordinated by Mr. Paul Suraj and Ms. Aurin Madtha with support from the Management Club, the tournament concluded successfully, reinforcing the values of mental discipline and sportsmanship.
