The Co-curricular committee of SMVITM plays a vital role in ensuring a holistic education experience for students by fostering their intellectual and technical abilities beyond academics.

Our main motto is to indulge students in various activities to sharpen their technical skills and orient them towards project-based learning.

We provide students with opportunities to build their talents by:

• Engaging in project-based activities.
• Organizing project exhibitions to showcase their technical skills.
• Conducting workshops to enhance their skills.

Every year, SMVITM organizes Tantrikothsava, a technical inter-college tech fest, to showcase students’ technical skills. Students are also motivated and guided to participate in various technical events outside the campus.

Many students have participated and won several prizes in various events such as Hackathons, Ideathons, paper presentations, quiz, and robotic events like Robo race, Line follower, Robo soccer, etc.
