Inaugural function of ICI Student Chapter

Indian Concrete Institute (ICI) Student’s Chapter was inaugurated at Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology, Bantakal on February 15, 2020 at college premises by Dr. R L Ramesh, Secretary, ICI, Bangalore center.  On this occasion, Dr. R L Ramesh described the objectives of Indian Concrete Institute and the importance of Student chapters in bridging the gap between academia and the industries by organizing varieties of National and International level programs.

Mr. Rathnakumar, Secretary of SSVMET, Udupi presided over the function and Dr. Thirumaleshwara Bhat, Principal, Dr. Ganesh Aithal, Vice Principal and Dr. Ananda V R, Head, Department of Civil Engineering, HOD’s of other department, Faculties and ICI Student members were present for the inaugural ceremony.

The programme was coordinated by Mr. Roshan S Kotian, Asst. Professor, Department of Civil Engineering and Ms. Chaitra G Shetty of 6^th Semester Civil Engineering compeered the programme.
