Report on Two Day FDP from 20 and 22 July 2015

SMVITM organized a two day faculty development program in the institute on 20 and 22 July 2015. Director of Manipal Institute of Management K V M Varambally and HoD of Humanities & Management , Manipal Institute of Technology, Raj Rodrigues were the resource persons. Varambally said a good teacher should be capable of reflective learning. The growth of the institution and faculty should go hand in hand. Rodrigues said a good teacher should be a continuous learner and the teaching learning process is continuous process.
