LPG Safety Awareness Program

Women Empowerment Cell in association with NSS of SMVITM organized a guest talk on LPG Safety Awareness at the institute premises on 20 November 2015. Mr. Prakash, Expert LPG Gas Safety Agencies demonstrated the safety Aspects of LPG. He also gave examples of many accidents due to improper usage of LPG.

Prof. Dr. Thirumaleshwara Bhat, Principal; Prof. Dr. A. Ganesha, Dean (Academics); Dr. Lolita Priya Castelino, WEC Committee Coordinator; Mr. Nagaraj Rao, NSS coordinator were present on the occasion. Nearly 70 faculty and staff members of SMVITM attended the programme. Dr. Lolita Priya Castelino welcomed the gathering; Mr. Nagaraj Rao proposed vote of thanks.
