LEAD Workshop

Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management, Bantakal organized one day faculty development program on Leadership Empowerment and Development for the benefit of faculty members on 24 January 2018 at Institute premises. Mr. Mukhesh Shenai, Founder of Golden Heritage Academy of Training and Development was the resource person.  During various sessions he touched upon the critical topics like “Power of positive thinking”, “Effect of negative thoughts”, “How to be an effective teacher?”, and “Essential Leadership Qualities” to the participants. All the sessions were interactive and were well received by the participants. Training and Placement officer of the Institute Ms. Vidya Bhat, introduced and welcomed the resource person. Mr. Siju V Soman, Coordinator for ISTE Chapter proposed the vote of Thanks. Shri Ratnakumar, Secretary of SSVMET, Prof. Dr. Thirumaleshwar Bhat Principal SMVITM were also present during the program.
