• No usage of ready-made designs and/or chalks & other properties (scale, thread, pencil, strainer, stick).

• Particiants shall have to prepare a Rangoli within the space provided.

• Judgement Criteria: Color combination, Area Covered, Neatness, Decoration, Completion.
