“Pravruthi”<\/strong>\u00a0,<\/span> the first ever Rural Mega Placement drive will be held from <\/strong><\/span>5th – 7th February 2015.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\"Poster\"<\/span><\/h4>\n

Pravruthi \u2013 the first ever Rural Mega Pooled Campus Placement Drive was held from 05 to 07 Feb 2015 at the Insitute premise. 2210 students from 74 Technical and non technical Institutes of the region participated. Various companies \u2013 core and non core IT, ITes, Manufacting and Construction sectors participated.<\/p>\n

The companies that participated included HP, IBM, Accenture, Mphasis, Shobha Developpers, Microland, Vertex, Diya Systems, C-Cubed Solutions, First Source, Seerco Global, Concentrix, Jaro, etc.<\/p>\n

Around 315 students, 55 from SMVITM received offer letters or Letters of Intent and were shortlisted for next rounds of various companies during the 3 days.<\/p>\n

      Salary package up to Rupees 5.2 lakhs per annum.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      Students graduated in 2012, 2013, 2014 and students in the final year at present are allowed.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      Interview Process<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

      • 1st round – Aptitude Test<\/li>\n
      • 2nd round – Essay Writing<\/li>\n
      • 3rd round \u2013 GD<\/li>\n
      • 4th round \u2013 Technical round \u2013 for technical branch students<\/li>\n
      • HR round \u2013 for non-technical branch students<\/li>\n
      • Telephonic interview for students joining immediately.<\/li>\n
      • Note: Candidates appearing for “PRAVRUTHI” have to carry originals and photo copies of any of the ID Proof (Photo) like Passport, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, Driving Licence, Ration Card.<\/strong><\/span>Candidates are not allowed to carry any books, calculators, mobiles, pager or any such materials to the written test (Aptitude) centre.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
