Mr. Chandan Rao, HR Representative, Duler Technology Limited, led the session and provided students with insights into the company\u2019s journey from a start-up to an international subsidiary, its technological solutions, organisational work culture, and career growth opportunities. He also explained the recruitment process, selection criteria, and key skills expected from prospective candidates.<\/p>\n

The session included an interactive question-and-answer segment, allowing students to engage with the resource person and gain a better understanding of career opportunities in the technology sector. This was followed by personal interview rounds as part of the selection process.<\/p>\n

Four MBA students\u2014Mr. Arwin, Mr. Rahul, Mr. Shrishanth, and Mr. Videesh – were shortlisted for the next round of the recruitment process.<\/p>\n
