\"\"Students Pallavi Rathod, Pooja, Deeksha, and Anushvitha from the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management (SMVITM), Bantakal, have developed an innovative Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based system for the early detection and diagnosis of Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs).<\/p>\n

The project was undertaken under the guidance of Dr. Ganesha Prasad and aims to improve the accessibility and efficiency of UTI screening. The student team utilized a comprehensive urinalysis dataset comprising more than 80,000 patient records to train advanced machine learning and deep learning models capable of accurately predicting the likelihood of urinary tract infections.<\/p>\n

To enhance usability and healthcare accessibility, the system has been integrated with an intelligent chatbot that provides personalized health guidance, preventive recommendations, and awareness regarding UTIs. The chatbot assists users in understanding potential risks and encourages timely medical consultation when necessary.<\/p>\n

The AI-driven solution has the potential to make UTI screening faster, more affordable, and widely accessible, particularly benefiting individuals in rural and resource-constrained regions where access to healthcare services may be limited.<\/p>\n
