To ensure the long-term care of the plants, each class was entrusted with the responsibility of nurturing the saplings, fostering a sense of environmental stewardship among students.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"723\" data-end=\"968\">In an effort to promote eco-friendly practices, environmentally sustainable pencils were distributed to all students. The initiative highlighted the importance of adopting small yet impactful measures to protect the environment and reduce waste.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"970\" data-end=\"1237\">The programme was graced by <strong data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1020\">Dr. Sudharshan Rao<\/strong>, Dean of SMVITM, along with <strong data-start=\"1049\" data-end=\"1070\">Mr. Sachin Prabhu<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1072\" data-end=\"1094\">Dr. Vignesh Shenoy<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1096\" data-end=\"1119\">Mr. Rajendra Prabhu<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"1125\" data-end=\"1149\">Mr. Natraj Upadhyaya<\/strong>, who encouraged students to actively participate in environmental conservation efforts.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1239\" data-end=\"1574\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from around <strong data-start=\"1298\" data-end=\"1327\">150 students and teachers<\/strong>, reflecting a shared commitment towards building a greener and more sustainable future.
