Pramod Rao, Mr. Sagar S., Mr. Mohit Kotian, and Mr. Pradyumna Shettigar \u2014 showcased outstanding technical excellence by winning prizes in Hackathon Task 3 at the prestigious Srishti 2026, a state-level technical project exhibition and competition.<\/p>\n<p>The event was organized by SDM College of Engineering and Technology in collaboration with ABVP Karnataka as part of Srishti Innovative Exchange 2026, held from 28th to 30th April 2026, bringing together talented innovators, aspiring engineers, and project teams from across the state to showcase technological creativity and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n<p>The SMVITM team secured recognition for their innovative project \u2014 a Caregiver Support System, an AI-driven platform designed to assist healthcare providers through specialized resources, intelligent guidance, and smart support mechanisms. The project aims to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of caregiving services by addressing practical challenges faced in the healthcare ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p>Built using advanced technologies such as Python, FastAPI, and Natural Language Processing (NLP), the platform reflects the students\u2019 technical proficiency and their commitment to leveraging artificial intelligence for meaningful real-world applications. The project demonstrated how emerging technologies can be effectively integrated to support healthcare professionals and enhance service delivery.<\/p>\n<p>The remarkable achievement of the students highlights the institution\u2019s emphasis on innovation, project-based learning, and interdisciplinary problem-solving.
