A\"\"s part of Aarambh 2K25, the MBA Orientation Programme, the Department of Business Administration, SMVITM, organized an inspiring interactive session titled \u201cFrom MBA to Management Career \u2013 My Story\u201d on November 3, 2025. The session was led by Ms. Raksha S. Shetty, a senior MBA student who has consistently topped all semesters and has recently been placed as Assistant Manager at Capricorn, Goa.<\/p>\n

Ms. Raksha shared her transformative journey from a B.Sc. Chemistry graduate to a successful management professional, emphasizing that skills matter more than grades. She encouraged students to strengthen their communication, presentation, and practical learning abilities. Highlighting the value of staying informed, she spoke about business news presentations, public speaking, and the impact of clarity in conveying ideas.<\/p>\n

Drawing from her experiences in outbound camps, management fests, industrial visits, and internships, she credited the department\u2019s support for shaping her growth.
