As part of Aarambh 2K25, the MBA Orientation Programme, the Department of Business Administration in association with the Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC), the Institution\u2019s Innovation Council (IIC), and the Co-curricular Committee organized an inspiring guest talk on \u201cIgniting the Entrepreneurial Mindset\u201d by Mr. John Rohan.<\/p>\n

The session began with an interactive discussion on students\u2019 career aspirations, followed by a thought-provoking story that underscored the power of creativity and innovation. Mr. Rohan emphasized that entrepreneurship is not just about starting a business, but about cultivating a mindset \u2014 one defined by ownership, initiative, innovation, and courage. He highlighted key entrepreneurial traits such as vision, resilience, adaptability, and value creation, reminding students that failure is not the opposite of success but an integral part of it.<\/p>\n
