The inaugural session was graced by distinguished dignitaries and industry experts who set an inspiring tone for the week-long learning journey. The Chief Guest, Mr. Sujit Sahoo, Enterprise Digital Transformation Advisor at Logile, Bangalore, emphasized the importance of building a strong foundation in data modelling \u2014 from fundamental concepts to advanced applications \u2014 in today\u2019s dynamic business landscape. Drawing from his professional experience, he encouraged participants to embrace analytical thinking to make informed and impactful decisions.<\/p>\n

The Guest of Honour, Mr. Vinay Vaishnav, Associate Director \u2013 Talent Acquisition at EY, Bangalore, highlighted the growing significance of HR Analytics in strategic business planning and talent management. He elaborated on how analytical insights are reshaping conventional HR functions and driving organizational success.<\/p>\n

The session began with a warm welcome address by Dr. Suraj Francis Noronha, Director of the Department of Business Administration, followed by remarks from Dr. Nagaraj Bhat, Dean (Academics) and Principal In-Charge, who emphasized the institute\u2019s commitment to promoting faculty development and research excellence.<\/p>\n

Spanning from October 6 to October 11, 2025, the FDP features interactive sessions, case-based learning, and hands-on workshops conducted by domain experts.
