The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at SMVITM, in association with the Placement Cell, successfully organized “Frontend Fusion<\/strong>,” a mini project competition and exhibition. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from all 6th-semester students.<\/p>\n

A total of 49 innovative projects<\/strong> were showcased, each developed using the React.js library<\/strong>. The exhibition highlighted the students’ creativity, collaborative spirit, and strong technical acumen, with projects spanning diverse engineering domains. Their impressive teamwork and front-end development skills made the event a remarkable success, demonstrating the development of innovative front ends for a wide variety of applications using React.js features.<\/p>\n

The event was graced by esteemed judges including Dr. Mamatha L (HOD, AI-ML Dept.), Ms. Vandana U (Asst. Prof, Dept of AI&DS), Ms. Megha Rani (Asst. Prof(Sr.), Dept of AIML), Dr. Sadananda L (Associate Professor, Dept of CSE), Mr. Deepak Rao M (Asst. Prof(Sr.), Dept of CSE), and Ms. Rukmini Bhat (Asst. Prof(Sr.), Dept of CSE), who thoroughly examined and judged the projects.<\/p>\n

Participation in this project expo will undoubtedly enhance the students\u2019 resumes by highlighting their practical expertise, creative problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience in front-end development using modern frameworks like React.js.<\/p>\n

The event concluded with the selection of the top three projects<\/strong>, which were recognized for their excellence and creativity. Dr. Soumya J Bhat, HOD, Dept. of CSE, awarded cash prizes as a token of appreciation for their innovative contributions.<\/p>\n
