Department of Mechanical Engineering of SMVITM in association with Alumni Cell and Institution\u2019s Innovation Council has organized an alumnus talk on \u201cThe Role of Drone Technology in Modern Engineering Applications\u201d on 29 March 2025 at 10 AM. Our proud alumnus of 2010-2014 batch Mr. Vishwadarshan, Head \u2013 School of Drone Technology, Manipal Skill Development Center, Manipal, was the resource person of the program.

Dr. Krishnamurthy, Head, School of Refrigeration &amp; Air Conditioning has accompanied Mr. Vishwadarshan, has briefed the various courses\/ training programs offered by MSDC, Manipal. Also, he has briefed the internship opportunities for the Mechanical Engineering students at MSDC, Manipal. Departmental Alumni Coordinator Mr. Hithesh Mendon and Departmental IIC Coordinator Dr. Bharath K Bhat were coordinated the program.
