A technical talk on Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Practice (OHSE) in the Infrastructure Industry sector was recently held \"DSC02110\"<\/a>under the aegis of \u00a0Civil Engineering Department Association “VYUHA”, at Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management, Bantakal. The founder of 3AG Group, a voluntary organisation set up to create awareness of this subject amongst the technical students and engineers, Mr. Ganapathi Bhat Manchi delivered the technical session. Speaking on the occasion Mr. Bhat emphasized on the need of OHSE practice and enlightened the students with various \u00a0career prospects available for a Safety Engineer and also informed about the certifications required in order to upgrade the skill levels of an Engineer.<\/p>\n

The Principal of the institute, Prof. Dr. Radhakrishna S. Aithal and Dr. B. Radheshaym, Head of Civil Engineering Department were present on the occasion.
