The program was started by lighting the lamp. Shri Ratnakumar, Secretary, SSVMET Udupi was the Chief Guest of the program, he opined about the importance of attending these types of FDPs which throw light on recent developments in the teaching learning process and also he focused on the need of transformation required on faculties to teach current generation students he also appreciated the contribution given by the faculty members of various institutions of SSVMET. Prof. Dr. Thirumaleshwar Bhat Principal of Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management, Bantakal presided over the function. He informed\u00a0 the \u00a0participants about \u00a0fruitfulness of the session on FDP and to make best use of it. Dr.Lolita Priya Castelino gave a brief prelude to Four Days Faculty Development Program on \u201cBEING CATALYST\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>More than 40 participants from various institutions of SSVMET participated in the FDP. The program started with invocation by Dr. Manjunath, Assistant Professor(Sr)\u00a0 Department of Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Pundarikaksha Kodancha, Principal of SVH PU College, Innanje, welcomed the gathering, Mr. Nataraja Upadhyaya\u00a0 Headmaster Innanje High school proposed the vote of thanks.
