\"\"Department of Computer Science and Engineering in association with ISTE Student Chapter organized a peer learning session on Placement preparation, \u2018Tech Talk\u2019 on 28th March, 2023 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM for the 3rd year CSE Students of SMVITM, Bantakal. The session was held in CCC Lab of Admin Block.
\nFinal year students Ms. Shrutha V Bhat and Mr. Yajnesh addressed the students about various placement preparation strategies. They emphasized on the need of preparing early and being consistent in the process. They also spoke about the various job opportunities, both in Government and Private sectors, different platforms to use for placement preparation. They also stressed on the necessity of having great communication skills and ways to improve it. Mr. Raghavendra Hegde, Assistant Professor, Department of CSE, coordinated the event. Mr. Chethan R., Faculty Coordinator, ISTE and Dr. Soumya J Bhat, HOD of CSE supported for the smooth conduction of the event.
