\"\"Student council of Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management, Bantakal for the academic year 2022-23 was inaugurated on 03 January 2023 at the institute premises.<\/p>\n

The student council was inaugurated with the lighting of the lamp by the Chief Guest, Dr. Ashvath Vinayak Kulkarni, Advisor Surgical Sciences Innovation, Canada. In his address, he insisted the student council members to use the powers for the betterment of the student community and for the growth of the institution. Also, appreciated the college authorities for developing democratic system to address the grievances of the students and to ensure the effective participation of the students in the institutional governance.<\/p>\n

The Principal of Anandatheertha PU College Shri. Vijay Rao was the guest of honour. In his address, recalled his memories as the member of student council in his college days. Also, insisted the student council members to practice what they preach.<\/p>\n

The Principal of SMVITM Dr. Thirumaleshwara Bhat presided over the function. In his presidential remarks congratulated and conveyed his best wishes to the student council members. Also, recalled the association of Shri. Vijay Rao with our institution.<\/p>\n

The newly elected members of the student council were administered oath by the Student Welfare Officer Dr. C K Manjunath. Ms. Lahari Vaidya welcomed the gathering and Ms. Yogeshwary B H has proposed vote of thanks. Ms. Shrinidhi Devadiga rendered the invocation. Ms. Ramya Deshpande compered the program.
