This association organized a yakshagana performance titled \u2018Shri Krishna Leelarnava\u2019 on Sunday, 04 April 2021 at Shri Lakshmi Janardhana Temple of Yermal.<\/p>\n<p>The formal function was presided over by Shri Vishwavallabha Theertha Swamiji of Shri Sode Vadiraja Mutt, Udupi. His holiness Swamiji in his presidential remarks, appreciated the efforts of the members of \u00a0\u2018Yakshasiri Shashwatha Balaga\u2019 in organizing the yakshagana performance, even though most of the artists are working in reputed companies located at Bengaluru. Sri. Ratnakumar, Secretary of Shri Sode Vadiraja Mutt Education Trust, in his address emphasized the need of todays\u2019 youth in involving themselves in this type of societal activities. Dr. Thirumaleshwara Bhat, Principal of SMVITM, Smt. Sheela K Shetty, Renowned Yakshagana Artist &amp; ZP member, Sri. Ashok Raj Yermal, Administrative Head of the temple, Sri. Krishnamoorthy Bhat, Priest of the temple, Sri. Y.Ramakrishna Rao, Alumni Student of SMVITM and the President of \u2018Yakshasiri Shashwatha Balaga\u2019 Sri. Deviprasad Shetty were present on the dias. The dignitaries have assured all support for the future activities of the association.<\/p>\n<p>Vice-Principal, Deans, HODs, staff members, students and alumni of SMVITM were present on the occasion. Mr. Srinath Patkar compeered the program. Sri. Jayaprakash Nidvannaya and Sri.
