The department of Computer Science and Engineering organized a webinar on \u201cIOT \u2013 The Future World of Things\u201d on 22 January 2021 on the institute premises for the Second year student community of the department of Computer Science and Engineering, SMVITM, Bantakal. The program was jointly organized by Technical Committee, Co-curricular Committee and IEEE student branch of the institute.<\/p>\n

Resource person for the session was\u00a0Dr. Manishankar S, IQAC Co-ordinator & Assistant Professor, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Mysuru Campus. Speaker introduces students to the amazing world of IoT and its fascinating applications. They were introduced to IoT architecture and applications, Cloud services and future challenges.<\/p>\n

Dr. Nagaraja Bhat, HOD, CSE, Dr. Vasudeva, Dean (Research and Consultancy), faculty members and students were present during the session. The webinar was attended by 82 participants.
