In his session\u00a0 he has detailed on the importance of stress management, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">guidance and advice\u00a0during\u00a0the\u00a0COVID-19\u00a0pandemic\u00a0for faculty members<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Second day session delivered by, Dr. Lakshmikanth, Environmental Officer, KSPCB Karwar on Sustainable Environmental Geotechniques. He briefed on sustainable materials, Impact of human activities on the local ecosystems and the planet as a whole on regular basis, use of latest technologies and tools to help in the assessment of the situation and to find the solutions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Third day session was addressed by, Dr. Vageesha S Mathada, Professor BKIT, Bhalki on Reliability concepts in Geotechnical Engineering. He briefed on <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reliability engineering\u00a0and how\u00a0 to minimize the failures, shorten repair timesof civil Engineering structures, and to meet customer &amp; organization expectations.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Last day session delivered by, Dr. Sujatha Unnikrishnan, Professor, Christ University Bengaluru on Post COVID challenges in Civil Engineering.
