Lakshmikantha, Environmental Officer, KSPCB, Regional Office, Udupi, he spoke about the relationship and importance of biodiversity and water resources to each other and their \u00a0role in the balance of environment. He signified the ways to conserve them and their depletion due to human greed. Addressing the audience he also spoke on a plethora of topics which were thought provoking towards conservation of the environment.
