Working in alignment with\u00a0<strong>SMVITMAA<\/strong>, which is a legally registered body under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960 (Serial No. 17), the Alumni Cell plays a key role in implementing the association\u2019s objectives\u2014ranging from fostering strong alumni networks to promoting mentorship, career guidance, and philanthropic initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>With its\u00a0<strong>Memorandum of Association (MOA)<\/strong>\u00a0defining its vision and structured governance, SMVITMAA operates from its registered office at\u00a0<strong>SMVITM, Bantakal, Karnataka<\/strong>, and is managed by an Executive Committee with clearly defined duties. Membership is open in\u00a0<strong>Life<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Associate<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Honorary<\/strong>\u00a0categories.
