All parents\/guardians of the students on the roles of the college are members of the association. It is compulsory for a parent\/guardian to be a member of the PTA. The main objectives of the association are<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To foster and promote good relationship among the members of the staff, students and parents of students.<\/li>\n<li>To work for the welfare of the students and of the institution and to offer constructive suggestions for the smooth and successful functioning of the college.<\/li>\n<li>To promote better participation of the parents in \u00a0various programs of the college and to establish better liaison with teachers.<\/li>\n<li>To create in its members a keen interest for the smooth working and the progress of the college and for maintaining good discipline and high academic standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Parent-Teacher Association has a prominent role in aiding smooth functioning of the college.
