A unique program &#8211; \u201c<strong>Career Prospects after Engineering\u201d<\/strong> by the Final Year Students of CSE for the benefit of 3rd Semester students, under the banner of ISTE Student Chapter of Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology &amp; Management, Bantakal held on 29 August 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Various sessions were conducted by the Final Year CSE Students <strong>M<\/strong><strong>s. Samanvitha A Bhagavath,\u00a0\u00a0 Mr. Shrivishnu, Mr. Rajath <\/strong>and<strong> Mr. Haripriya S. Aithal<\/strong>. The same was well Co-ordinated by <strong>Ms. Chaithra Pai &amp; Ms. Jyothi Kamath.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The main intention of this program was to show our undergraduate Students that, there are varieties of Opportunities to build-up their career once they come out of their Engineering.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mr. Rajath<\/strong> spoke on entrepreneurship, job prospects in software engineering and technical certifications available for the aspirants to gain added knowledge. <strong>Mr. Haripriya Aithal <\/strong>spoke on opportunities in Government\/ Public Sector companies\/ Institutes like ISRO, BARC, DRDO, Banks etc. and the selection process of these firms. <strong>Ms. Samanvitha Bhagavath<\/strong> dealt with the process involved with UPSC selection (IAS, IPS, IFS, IES etc.) and Staff Selection Commission. <strong>Mr. Shrivishnu<\/strong> dealt with the exams like GRE, TOEFL, GATE, CAT, GMAT etc. to be appeared to get into higher studies.<\/p>\n<p><em>There was active participation from Listeners also.
