\"\"SMVITM has organized three-days Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp from 19 to 21 February, 2018. The awareness Program was organized by Entrepreneurship Development cell of the Institute with support from Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, Ahmadabad. The program was inaugurated on 19 February, 2018 in the seminar hall of the institute.<\/p>\n

After inaugurating the camp, the chief guest of the function Mr. B. S Revenkar, the EX-Director of NITK-STEP, said that the only solution to the unemployment in our country is to become self-entrepreneur. He also mentioned that Govt. of India is encouraging the startups through various schemes.<\/p>\n

Shri. Rathnakumar, Secretary, SSVMET, Udupi, in his presidential address, quoted the examples of many successful entrepreneurs and motivated the students to become entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n

Prof. Dr. Thirumaleshwara Bhat, Principal, congratulated the students who have participated in the three days\u2019 workshop and urged them to explore the journey of entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n

Mr. Arun Upadhyaya, coordinator of the program welcomed the gathering, Mr. Sachin Prabhu introduced chief guest to the gathering and Mr. Praveen Naik proposed vote of thanks. Mr. Karthik V compeered the program.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
