V. Baliga Memorial Hospital, Udupi who delivered a talk on the theme. In his talk he mentioned that there is no age limit to get depression, stress and mental illness. He discussed the various reasons for getting depressed and explained people with such problems can be treated properly by taking them into confidence, listening to their problems with at most patience. Also he mentioned about the different treatments available for the problems mentioned above.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Dr. Thirumaleshwara Bhat, Principal; Mr. Nagaraja Rao, NSS Co-ordinator; HODs and Section heads of various departments, faculty, staff and students were present during the session and availed the benefit from the programme.
